Gonna Need A Nap Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 large egg, beated
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (my personal favorite is MIDS)
- 1 (16oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (14.25oz) can tomato puree
- 1 (I replaced the crushed tomatoes with diced fire roasted tomatoes)
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- mince onion
- beat egg
- In a large bowl mix together meat, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, and egg (add more bread crumbs if needed)
- **Important** refrigerate overnight.
- It helps the meat stick together.
- Mix all of your tomato products, salt and pepper together in the slow cooker
- (don't rush this dish by trying to cook on high, you will appreciate the time it took trust me)

- In a large bowl mix together meat, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, and egg (add more bread crumbs if needed)
- Shape your mixture into meatballs, my husband calls them "no more insomnia" balls
- **Important** refrigerate overnight.
- It helps the meat stick together.
- Mix all of your tomato products, salt and pepper together in the slow cooker
- Add the meatballs of love on top and set and cook on low for 6 hours
- (don't rush this dish by trying to cook on high, you will appreciate the time it took trust me)
- The most delicious part of this is that some of these will fall apart some when you dish them up.
- Even if you didn't buy meat sauce, it's meat sauce now!
