Polish Lasagna Recipe

  1. Cover sauerkraut with water, bring to a boil and drain.
  2. Saute/fry diced onion in 3/4 stick butter.
  3. Cut up sausage into 1/4" slices.
  4. Mix all the above together with the mushroom soup plus 1/2 can water.
  5. Layer curly noodles in a casserole dish.
  6. Add in sauerkraut mix.
  7. Bake in oven for 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
