Polish Lasagna Recipe
- 1 quart. sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounce. curly noodles
- 1 pound Polish sausage
- Cover sauerkraut with water, bring to a boil and drain.
- Saute/fry diced onion in 3/4 stick butter.
- Cut up sausage into 1/4" slices.
- Mix all the above together with the mushroom soup plus 1/2 can water.
- Layer curly noodles in a casserole dish.
- Add in sauerkraut mix.
- Bake in oven for 40 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
