Gin Rickey Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Cold club soda
• Wedge of lime

1. Pour gin and lime juice over ice in a chilled highball glass.
2. Add club soda to fill.
3. Gently rub lime wedge around the rim of the glass, squeeze in a few drops of juice, and drop the lime into the glass.
