Onigiri with Tempura Crumbs
- 1/2 rice bowl's worth Plain cooked rice
- 1 pinch Tempura crumbs
- 1 tsp Mentsuyu
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Mix the mentsuyu with steaming hot cooked rice.
- Coat your hands in salt, mix the tempura crumbs into the rice from Step 1, mold into a ball, then serve.
- Onigiri with Tempura Crumbs and Shio-Kombu.
- Onigiri with Tempura Crumbs and Baby Shrimp.
- Onigiri with Tempura Crumbs and Mentsuyu and Wasabi.
