Strawberry Pork Rolls for Charaben
- 2 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 5 cm Carrot
- 1 Green beans
- 10 seeds White sesame seeds
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Mirin
- 1 dash Ginger
- Cut the carrot into 5 mm thick long slices and boil with the beans until softened.
- You can also microwave.
- Stack up two slices of carrot and then cut so that it looks triangular from the side.
- Cut the bean in half.
- Spread out the pork, lightly sprinkle with salt, and then roll up the carrot and bean.
- The picture uses two slices of shabu shabu pork layered on top of one another.
- When you are done rolling them up, put the ends on the bottom and saute in a frying pan.
- When the bottoms have cooked, then cook the other sides.
- Once they are cooked, add the soy sauce, mirin, and grated ginger to season.
- Cut in half and place in the bento.
- Add white sesame seeds to the top.
