Warm and Comforting Pumpkin Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In another bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, and oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin egg mixture slowly while mixing on a medium speed.
  4. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and once batter is smooth, pour into bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes - or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

  7. If you would like, this recipe makes amazing cream cheese, pumpkin muffins!
  8. Line muffin tins with baking cup papers.
  9. Spoon a small amount of batter into cup.
  10. Cut a small amount of cream cheese off a brick (or spoon from a container) and place onto the batter then spoon more batter on top until the cream cheese is covered.
  11. Bake at 350 for 18 - 25 minutes.
  12. TASTY!
