Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles.
  2. Remove beef; pour off drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Stir-fry bell pepper and pea pods 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well. Return beef; heat through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in green onions. Garnish as desired.
  7. Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
