Walnut Quinoa Power Bars
- 12 cup honey
- 13 cup almond butter
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups quinoa
- 12 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
- Combine honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond extract until well blended.
- Stir in walnuts and quinoa flakes until just combined.
- Press mixture into 8 inch pan, lined with foil.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using foil, lift mixture from pan and cut into 8 bars.
