Walnut Quinoa Power Bars

  1. Combine honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond extract until well blended.
  2. Stir in walnuts and quinoa flakes until just combined.
  3. Press mixture into 8 inch pan, lined with foil.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Using foil, lift mixture from pan and cut into 8 bars.
