Easy Black-Bottom Mocha No-Bake Pie
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1 frozen pie crust (9 inch), baked, cooled
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package for pie filling, adding instant coffee to milk before heating.
- Stir melted chocolate into 1 cup pudding mixture.
- Pour into crust, spreading evenly with back of spoon.
- Pour remaining pudding over chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Top with COOL WHIP.
