Swiss & Bacon Dip
- 8 slices Bacon
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 whole Green Onions
- Slice bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic, green onions, and bacon.
- Transfer to a small baking dish and bake at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes until it is golden brown and bubbly.
- Dip with French bread pieces, crostini, crackers, veggies, tortilla chips, etc.
