Very Rich Hot Chocolate Mix

• 6 cups Powdered Sugar
• 3 cups Coffee Mate Or Powdered Non Dairy Creamer
• 4 pounds Dry Milk
• 5- 1/2 cups Cocoa
• 2 packages Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips ,12 Oz Package
• Optional Toppings: Whipped Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Extra Chocolate Chips

1. In a large airtight container, mix all ingredients (except the optional toppings) very well saving out a few chocolate chips to sprinkle.
2. For each serving, mix 1/4 cup of the mix to 1 cup boiling water in a large mug.
3. Top with a large dollop of extra creamy whip cream, then chocolate syrup, then sprinkle on a few chocolate chips.
4. IF GIVING AS GIFTS
5. Use 1 quart decorated mason jars with above directions attached to the jar (write them on a card and attach the card to the jar with some pretty ribbon).
6. You could also throw in a bottle of chocolate sauce, a can of whip cream topping, and holiday mugs in a pretty basket.
7. You can also throw in some homemade brownies.
