Chocolate Dipped Buttery Drop Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted
- 1.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease baking sheets.

- Cream 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco, sugar and lowfat milk at medium speed till well blended.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.

- Combine flour, salt and baking pwdr.
- Mix into creamed mix.
- Drop by Tbsp.
- onto baking sheet.

- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min.
- Let cold.
- 5.
- Heat 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp.
- of butter flavor Crisco on very low heat.
- Stir well.
- Dip one end of cooled cookie halfway up in chocolate.
- Place on waxed paper till chocolate is hard.
