Pesto Tortellini with Scallops

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add scallops; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until no longer translucent.
  4. Meanwhile, bring 4 qt.
  5. water to boil in large saucepan.
  6. Add pasta.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in vegetables; continue cooking 3 min.
  9. Drain pasta; place in medium bowl.
  10. Add scallops and pesto sauce; mix lightly.
