Plum and Orange Philly Cake

  1. Beat Philly*, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add orange rind and juice, sour cream, eggs and flour and combine until smooth.
  3. Fold plums through mix and spoon into a lightly greased 24 cm cake tin.
  4. Sprinkle raw sugar on top and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
