Shamrock Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Mix all together then add food coloring and mix well.
  3. Roll 3 small balls of 1/4 teaspoon dough; flatten with fingertip into shamrock shape; shape stem and attach.
  4. Sprinkle with green decorators sugar.
  5. Complete cookies one at a time or the tiny balls may become dry and crack when pressed.
  6. Bake about 9 minutes.
  7. Note.
  8. If using self rising flour, omit salt.
