Slow Cooker Caper Chicken

  1. Place the chicken breasts in slow cooker and stab each a few times with a knife.
  2. Pour lemon juice over the top, then sprinkle on the fresh ground pepper and your favorite seasoning mixture or Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning if you have it.
  3. In a separate bowl melt the butter and mix in the steak sauce and the capers.
  4. (You want to include some of the caper brine it smells funny but adds great flavor).
  5. Pour this over the chicken breasts and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
  6. Serve over rice, egg noodles or our familys favorite choice mashed potatoes.
