Parmesan Roasted Broccoli & Peppers
- 1 bunch Broccoli (or 2 Crowns), Cut Into Florets
- 2 whole Bell Peppers, Cored And Chopped (I Used 1 Red, 1 Yellow)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper

- Preheat the oven to 450 F.

- Line a baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up).
- 3.
- Spread broccoli florets and peppers evenly on baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
- (Then use your clean hands to mix it all together).
- 4.
- Sprinkle veggies with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- 5.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the florets look roasted.
