Light Asian Vermicelli
- 3 ounces rice vermicelli
- 12 small cucumber, sliced
- 14 cup daikon radish, shredded
- 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
- 1 small tomatoes, wedged
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 14 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 12 cup rice wine vinegar
- 14 cup tamari
- 14 cup mirin
- To prepare Dressing:.
- Bring sake to a boil and remove from heat.
- Stir in honey and let cool.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- To prepare noodle salad:.
- Boil vermicelli noodles and drain.
- Mix with prepared dressing.
- Add garnishing ingredients and serve.
