Broccoli with Shio-Koji and Lemon

  1. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. (You could also cook them in the microwave)
  3. Drain the broccoli and cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix the marked ingredients.
  5. Add the broccoli and toss to combine (add sesame seeds if desired).
  6. Done
  7. For the lemon juice, I used Pokka Lemon 100.
