Broccoli with Shio-Koji and Lemon
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Shio-koji
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1 as much (to taste) Sesame seeds
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted boiling water for a few minutes.
- (You could also cook them in the microwave)
- Drain the broccoli and cool.
- In a bowl, mix the marked ingredients.
- Add the broccoli and toss to combine (add sesame seeds if desired).
- Done
- For the lemon juice, I used Pokka Lemon 100.
