Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Cook and drain spinach.
  2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, parmesan, artichokes, and soup mix in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Stuff mushrooms generously with mixture.
  4. Place on a oiled cookie sheet covered with foil.
  5. Place into 375 degree oven and bake 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are soft and stuffing has started to brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
