BgCtGal's Toasted Chicken Philly
- 2 lb chicken breasts (shredded)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red sweet bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow and green pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 oz olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 packages shredded Mozarrella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- tbsp hot or mild gardinera
- In a skillet shred or chop chicken breast as it cooks.
- Once chicken is shredded and fully cooked (season to taste) fill meat in french bread and top as desired with (optional gardinera) then mozzarella cheese and baked until cheese is melted or toasted to your desire
