Mango-Rose Water Lassi

  1. Combine the mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon rose water and salt in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Taste and add more rose water if you like.
  4. Pour into 4 glasses.
