Jack-o'-Lantern Popcorn Balls
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 bag (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 3 qt. (12 cups) popped popcorn
- 6 gumdrop spearmint leaves, halved
- 2 oz. BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Microwave butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
- Stir in dry gelatin until well blended.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn in large bowl; mix lightly until popcorn is evenly coated.
- Shape evenly into 12 balls with lightly greased or moistened hands.
- Top each ball with a gumdrop leaf half for the "pumpkin stem."
- Decorate with melted chocolate to resemble jack-o'-lantern faces.
- Let stand 30 minutes or until set.
