Mike's Homemade Chili
- 2 lb ground beef
- 8 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp dried onion
- 2 each beef bullion cube
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp basil
- 15 1/2 oz can of chili beans
- 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 4 cup water
- Brown and crumble the ground beef.
- Drain well.
- Mix all other ingredients in a crock pot.
- Add the beef and cook on low for several hours until the chili thickens.
- Add crushed red pepper for a little kick
