Baked Mishti Doi

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Cook and stir caramels and milk in saucepan on medium heat 7 min.
  3. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Remove from heat; cool 5 min., stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in yogurt and cardamom.
  6. Pour into 1-L casserole.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until centre is set; cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours.
