Paprika Pork Chops

  1. Set uppermost oven rack 5 inches from heat source, and preheat broiler.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir in onions, and cook until soft and golden.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, stir together 1/2 teaspoon paprika, sauerkraut, onions, and sour cream.
  6. Season pork chops with pepper, garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon paprika.
  7. Broil pork chops 6 minutes.
  8. Turn, and broil 5 to 6 minutes more.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Spread sauerkraut and onion mixture over pork chops, and broil 1 or 2 minutes more.
