Hash Muffin Squares Recipe

• 1 c. corned beef hash (16 ounce.)
• 1/2 c. finely minced onion
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. In medium size bowl, mix together hash, onion, and egg.
3. In a separate bowl prepare muffin batter according to package directions.
4. Add in salt and cheese to batter.
5. Spread half the batter in 8 inch square pan.
6. Then spread on hash mix.
7. Top with remaining half of batter.
8. Bake about 25-30 min.
9. Remove from oven; let set about 10 min.
