Seafood Fancies Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) can Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits
- 1/2 pound crab meat, rinsed, liquid removed, and flakes
- 2 1/2 ounce. can tiny shrimp, rinsed and liquid removed
- 4 ounce. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 8 ounce. can water chestnuts, liquid removed, sliced and quartered
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Separate dough into 12 pcs.
- Separate each piece into 3 equal layers.
- Place on prepared cookie sheets.
- In small bowl, combine crab, shrimp, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, pimento, parsley flakes, and curry pwdr.
- Spoon teaspoonful seafood mix onto each dough piece; top with several pcs of water chestnut.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till light golden.
- Serve warm.
- Chill leftovers.
