Friday Night Steak
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb.)
- 1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Score both sides of steak with shallow cross-cuts; place in shallow dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
- Turn to coat both sides of steak.
- Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, turning after 1 hour.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 5 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness.
- Transfer steak to cutting board.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Cut across the grain into thin slices.
