Friday Night Steak

  1. Score both sides of steak with shallow cross-cuts; place in shallow dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
  3. Turn to coat both sides of steak.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, turning after 1 hour.
  5. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill steak 5 min.
  8. on each side or until medium doneness.
  9. Transfer steak to cutting board.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. Cut across the grain into thin slices.
