Roasted Honey Coconut Peanuts
- 16 ounces, weight Unsalted Peanuts
- 1/4 cups (scant) Pure Honey
- 1/2 cups Coconut Flakes, Sweetened
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place peanuts in a mixing bowl with honey and stir to coat.
- Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes over peanuts.
- Roast 810 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
