Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork

  1. Place onions and garlic in slow cooker.
  2. Add broth.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients; rub onto meat.
  4. Place in slow cooker; cover with lid.
  5. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
  6. Remove meat from slow cooker, leaving sauce in slow cooker.
  7. Remove and discard any large pieces of fat from meat.
  8. Shred meat with 2 forks.
  9. Return meat to slow cooker.
  10. Stir in barbecue sauce.
  11. Cook, covered, on LOW 15 min.
