Sunday Swiss Steak

  1. Trim meat of excess fat and cut in to serving size pieces.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat meat with flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  5. Add meat and brown on both sides.
  6. Drain.
  7. Place in crock pot.
  8. Cover with tomato and pizza sauce.
  9. Cook on low until tender, usually 4 to 6 hours.
  10. Serve with mashed potatoes.
