Lemon-Herb Pork Loin Chops
- 2 whole Pork Loin Chops (1/4-1/2 Lb)
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Basil, Dried
- 1/2 teaspoons Balsalmic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
- 1/2 teaspoons Thyme, Dried
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Marinate pork loin chops in the remaining ingredients for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Cook using preferred method (grill, broil*, pan fry) until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
- *If using a double broiler, cook for about 10 minutes, then turn and cook 10 minutes more.
