Lemon-Herb Pork Loin Chops

  1. Marinate pork loin chops in the remaining ingredients for a minimum of 4 hours.
  2. Cook using preferred method (grill, broil*, pan fry) until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
  3. *If using a double broiler, cook for about 10 minutes, then turn and cook 10 minutes more.
