Brown Sugar Baked Beans
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 12 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 cup chili sauce
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 (21 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 2 tablespoons country-style dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Heat oven to 325F
- Cook bacon until browned and crisp.
- Place bacon on paper towel and drain.
- Combine bacon and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until slightly thickened.
