Baby Food Carrot Cake Recipe

• 6 jar (6 ounce) baby food carrots
• 1 c. Applesauce.
• 1 c. Egg substitute.
• 3/4 c. Crushed & liquid removed pineapple.
• 2 c. Whole wheat pastry flour.
• 3/4 c. Sugar.
• 1 tsp Salt.
• 2 tsp Cinnamon.
• 2 tsp Soda.
• 1 tsp Grated orange zest.

1. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
