Caramel Nut Crunch

  1. COMBINE cereal, raisins & almonds.
  2. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. COMBINE brown sugar, butter, corn syrup & salt in a saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  5. Cook for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add baking soda.
  8. TOSS brown sugar mixture with cereal mixture.
  9. BAKE at 325F for 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.
  10. Remove & cool.
