Pumpkin Pie Mousse
- 2 ounces sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (2 boxes)
- 2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Mix well and pour into small 1/2 cup.
- dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate.
