Simple and Tasty: Everyone Loves this Pan Fried Pork Ginger
- 400 grams Pork (for ginger stir fry)
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Cake flour
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- If you are using thick slices of pork, remove the sinews.
- Season with the ingredients marked , and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients marked .
- Thinly coat the pork in flour.
- Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan and fry the pork on both sides over medium-strong heat until both sides are browned.
- When it is more or less done, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
- Add the seasonings you mixed in step 1, mix into the pork, and you're done.
