Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

  1. Place large baking sheet on oven rack and preheat to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract and salt in large bowl to blend.
  3. Whisk in eggs.
  4. Stir in shredded coconut, chocolate chips and pecans.
  5. Pour filling into a frozen pie crust.
  6. Place pie on baking sheet in oven.
  7. Bake until crust is golden brown and the filling is set in center, about 40 minutes.
  8. Transfer pie to rack and cool slightly.
  9. Serve warm.
