Sour Cream Pound Cake

  1. Cream butter
  2. and
  3. sugar.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well
  5. after
  6. each
  7. addition.
  8. Add
  9. flour,
  10. reserving
  11. 2 tablespoons.
  12. Add sour cream and mix well.
  13. Add flavorings and reserved flour
  14. with baking soda.
  15. Bake in greased and floured tube pan
  16. at
  17. 325u0b0 (preheated oven) for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Start testing
  18. for
  19. doneness
  20. at
  21. 1 hour and 10 minutes, using toothpick in center of cake.
