Flora's Low Carb Enchiladas

  1. In a skillet brown your chicken and green pepper and onion together
  2. When meat is cooked, add in spices and a little bit of the enchilada sauce to moisten and bring it all together.
  3. Scoop into the tortillas and roll to close.
  4. Lay in a pan, seam side down
  5. Pour the remaining sauce on top, then add cheese
  6. I topped mine with Jalepenos then put into a 350F oven until it was hot and bubbily.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. I loaded mine down with avocado, cilantro, and non fat greek yogurt.
