Easy Overnight Oatmeal
- non-stick cooking spray
- 4 cups almond milk
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine almond milk, oats, apples, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in the prepared slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours.
