Dutch Cheese And Bread Bake

  1. WHISK together eggs, broth, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Stir in bread, green onion and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  3. Pour into greased 2-qt.
  4. (2 L) shallow casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
