Dutch Cheese And Bread Bake
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 4 cups cubed French bread
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Kraft Edam Cheese or Gouda Cheese, divided
- WHISK together eggs, broth, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
- Stir in bread, green onion and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
- Pour into greased 2-qt.
- (2 L) shallow casserole.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
