Pecan Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 c. flour
• 1/8 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. pecans

1. Blend sugar and butter.
2. Add in vanilla; add in egg.
3. Beat till smooth.
4. Sift flour, soda, and salt.
5. Blend with creamy mix.
6. Mix in pecans.
7. Drop by tsp.
8. on ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
