Layered Dulce de Leche Dessert

  1. Chop 4 wafers; set aside.
  2. Arrange 12 wafers on bottom of 9- x 5-inch loaf pan lined with foil.
  3. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
  4. Add Cool Whip; spoon 1/3 over wafers in pan.
  5. Top with 12 wafers and 2 tablespoons caramel topping.
  6. Repeat layers of pudding mixture, wafers, and caramel topping.
  7. Cover with remaining pudding mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped wafers; press gently into pudding mixture.
  9. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Lift dessert from pan, using foil handles.
  11. Place on serving plate.
  12. Let stand 15 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
  13.
