Herbed Corn On The Cob Recipe
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or possibly 1 tbsp. dry dill
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or possibly 1 tbsp. dry thyme
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. safflower oil
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 4 ears fresh corn
- Combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic in small bowl; mix well.
- Brush on corn.
- Wrap each ear individually in foil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 25 min, turning several times.
- Yield: 4 servings.
- Exchange: 1 1/2 bread-starch, 1/2 fat.
