Poppy Seed-Dijon Vinaigrette

  1. Beat all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Or, cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
  4. Use as a dressing for torn salad greens.
