Stained-Glass Bars

  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour jelly powder in separate bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour each flavour jelly into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 min.
  6. Add remaining boiling water; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  7. Add milk; mix well.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Cut flavoured jelly into cubes; spread randomly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  10. Pour milk mixture over cubes; stir very gently if necessary to evenly distribute jelly cubes.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
