Stained-Glass Bars
- 5-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lime Jelly Powder
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
- 2 env. (7 g each) unflavoured gelatine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour jelly powder in separate bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Pour each flavour jelly into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 min.
- Add remaining boiling water; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
- Add milk; mix well.
- Cool slightly.
- Cut flavoured jelly into cubes; spread randomly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Pour milk mixture over cubes; stir very gently if necessary to evenly distribute jelly cubes.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
