Crunchy Green Pea Salad Recipe
- 10 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn peas
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. minced fresh cauliflower
- 1/4 c. diced green onion
- 2 tbsp. sliced pimento
- 1 c. roasted cashew or possibly macadamia nuts
- 1/4 c. crisp cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley ranch original recipe
- Rinse peas in warm water; drain.
- Combine vegetables, nuts, bacon and lowfat sour cream together in a large salad bowl.
- Mix prepared dressing, mustard and garlic together.
- Pour this over the salad, toss gently and refrigerateseveral hrs before serving.
