Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pulse together dry ingredients (flour through baking soda) in a food processor.
  3. Add wet ingredients and pulse to combine.
  4. Line a muffin pan (recipe makes 6) with paper liners and scoop 1/4 cup of batter into each liner.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Then remove from the oven, cool and serve.
